I am currently going to Le Cordon Blue in atlanta and starting the first of January im required to do a three month externship does any body know a good place that might be intrested or is there any chefs here that could help me out. Im really looking forward to becoming a chef and all i need know is that extra step to get me going. I would appreciate it if any body could help me out.
