hey everyone hows it going. i'm a young aspiring chef who just relocated to richmond, va. my career in food started at the waffle house of all places, in florence, al, where i was also a s.a. at logans roadhouse, i then moved to tuscaloosa, al where i started off waiting tables at an outback restaurant and then moved up to a fine dining joint called milagros. there i waited tables for a year, cooked for a year, then became the front of house manager for another year. i moved to richmond, va about a week ago and have found three jobs already, i wait tables at a small fine dining restaurant called acacia during the day, cook under a french master chef at chez max, and wait tables and sling drinks at a comedy bar on my days off. now you know a little about me.
