Greasing & Flouring Moulds

Greasing and flouring 36 miniatures moulds this morning I was thinking that there should be a easier way to do so. That brought me to beurre manié, after all it is butter and flour in one. Could this be used instead of buttering and then flouring the moulds? If so could someone tell me what proportion I should use to do so.

Pam cooking spray or other sprays are great for greasing pans. Also you can take
1 Cup Shortening
1/2 Cup Veg oil
1 Cup Flour
Combine oil and shortening and fold in the flour. Brush on to molds, pans etc.
If I remember correctly.
Last but not least, buy pan grease. yum.
bake first, ask questions later.
Oooh food, my favorite!

Equally yummy, I believe that Pam makes a spray that contains flour.

Thank you all. I think the spray will be a life saver if it has flour in it. I love miniature cakes & pastry but the buttering and flouring is taking too much out of me. I'd rather save my energy for baking not preping.
