Give yourself plenty of time to order. If you are lucky you might find street parking, otherwise, plan on parking in one of the nearby parking structures. There will be a line on the sidewalk since the store is small and they can only let so many customers in at one time.

Plan on dropping about $20+ for 4 cupcakes and a bottle of something to drink. The cupcakes are okay, but I didn't find them amazing. They rotate flavors each day, so if you want a particular cupcake plan your visit around the day they are available.

I think a visit to the store is worth it just to say you did it. You might want to check out Sweet Lady Jane for other pastries, but not cupcakes.

THANK YOU for the reply!
I'm use to waiting on line for cupcakes
We have Magnolia bakery in NYC that use to be a secret but since Sex and The City there is a lie EVEN AT MIDNIGHT!!!!
I hear the mix is good but I wanted to taste Paris Hiltons favorite cupcakes first!!

Carl,
If the lines are too long, c'mon down to Dallas. The Sprinkles that was supposed to hurt me tremendously has 2-5 attendants leaning on the counters trying to sell old cupcakes.:lol:seriously

They were Very hearty Very thick in flavor. ALL the flavors seemd to have the texture of a red velvet cake. The icing was great to. It may have been a bit much but not too sweet.

Unless it's for the ingredients I'm not about to let any food cost me that much for so little quantitatively. Anyone have any idea how to make such a thing? How do you make sprinkles?

For making blondies once it turned out more like cake because I used a bit extra milk and it was soy vanilla. Also brown sugar instead of white...I will make these cupcakes, and make them better.

Someday when you are out of culinary school and out in the world, we hope you will make something, just one single thing that is so exquisite, so delicious and then have an opportunity to sell it for the value that you have instilled in it; with your labor, research, schooling, trial and error, imagination, sweat, tears,...... oh...........and the ingredients.

..and the Beverly Hills leasing cost for you storefront.

I'd feel morally wrong in selling it, but maybe sell a cookbook with the recipe in it to pay for the education ::talk:

I'd figure out how to make them myself if they were that special :D
