12-grain bread

Those look delicious. But tell us more: I have been playing around with various flours and grains to try to come up with a multi-grain bread combination for my home use. But since it's home use, it takes a while to finish off one batch and start another, so I don't get to sift through too many combinations over a several-week period. Care to disclose what you are using and the ratios? Did you use recipe from a bread book?

12 grain....

All I do is use my basic white bread recipe, any one if you have one that you like, and swap 3/4 cup multigrain for 3/4 cup of white flour. A 2 cups water recipe.
I find that if you have that one good no fail recipe that you really like you can change it to what ever, 2 cups fresh milled whole wheat for 2 cups white, add a tad of malt, or add grated cheese to your mix, with a good sprinkle on the top before baking, make the dough a little sweeter and add currants, there are so many ways.
Even to the way you shape your loaf, or rolls I have even made some of this dough into pita bread or as a pizza base.....
Things like Danish, stollen etc I do have a recipe...
