Hello I'm a 26 year old guy with about eleven years of experience in the food service industry. I started out when I was 15 as a dish washer and eventually went to culinairy school for four years and got my Bachelor degree in culinary management and I'm only a year out of school. Right now I'm a Restaurant Manager for Bob Evans. I'm getting my management experience in hopes to go after sous chef positions and then make my way up to executive chef.
