My name is Pat, I am getting back into the restaurant business after 35 years. NO I AM NOT CRAZY! I grew up in the family restaurant business than went into the construction business.After 35 years and back injuries I have decided to get out of the construction business and go back to my first love, cooking. I now live in South Carolina and I am opening a breakfast and lunch restaurant. We are planning to open February 08. I look forward to talking to new people on this site. I am very excited about our new venture and can't wait to get back into the kitchen.
