Uses for spicy pickled lemons

Hi! Wifey and I found some Pereg spicey pickled lemon at the grocery store. Out of curiosity, I picked some up and now want to experiment with it. Any suggestions on how to use this stuff?

Thanks!

Mmmmm, chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives. :lips: Basically a braised chicken with chopped preserved lemon peel (you only use the peel, not the flesh) and green olives.

Is the Pereg stuff Moroccan preserved lemon, Indian-style lemon pickle, or something else?

Ah, who cares. I ADORE lemon peel. Friend of mine's got a lemon tree, & I've been thinking about making one or more of the above for a good while.

I just had a totally sick idea. I'm going to try preserving some lemons with szechuan pepper in the spice mix... mwahahhahahha....
