vegetable cuts

hi there guys,
i am a "mature" culinary student, and i wondered if anyone knew of any good sites where i am able to download/print diagrams and instuctons for veg cuts, IE; brunoise,paysanne,julienne etc... thank you.

What school are you at MrT? Doesn't your text book or insrtuctor have that information?
