I would love a recipe for cookies that are like the sugar cookies you see in bakeries specialy decorated and are like 1/2 inch thick and the edge is straight up and down. So they don't spread at all and they keep every shape. When you look at the sides or edges they almost look like layered dough like pastry. Anyway is anyone able to help?
