Hello Adrian, and thank you for the introduction. Your location sounds quite pastoral and lovely, and is a destination I expect to visit before too many years go by. What's on your menu?

I hope you are able to visit every chance you get; there's plenty of information to enjoy as well as people to interact with. Please stop in to read and participate whenever your busy life allows. We'll look forward to your posts.

Welcome!

Morningside - and no jokes, please!
Dalkeith - that makes you a teuchter, doesn't it?!!

I was born in Simpson's too.

You must be talking about the Viewforth end of Polwarth, eh?

Have you been home recently? Some really great restaurants around now, including Oloroso (my current favourite).
