Hello to all! My name is Glenn and I am a home cook living in Las Vegas, Nevada. I've always been interested in cooking, but it's really only been in about the last year that I've devoted real time and energy to learing the hows and whys of cooking as opposed to just following recipies by rote. I'm inspired by my father who's always been an amazing cook. I look forward to particpating in this forum.

One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

Thanks for the welcome Mezzaluna.
I like to cook lots of different things, but my favorite thing for now is probably grilling. I'm working on moving indoors with my protiens and doing more involving basic sauces.
I'm also told I make a mean cheesecake. :lips:
