I'm so excited to have found this forum of fellow baking lovers. I've been baking old Italian Cookie recipes for 50 years. I learned most of my baking techniques from my mother and have been carrying on her love of the craft by creating those beautiful cookie trays for special get-togethers. Today the business of cookies is very competitive and I'm always looking for new and better recipes to stay on the cutting edge. I know that this forum will keep me learning. Thanks for the welcome, ContessaCannoli
