Hello there fellow foodies! My name is Samantha Henderson and I am an aspiring baker in the southeast Michigan area. I am currently looking to rent space in a commercial kitchen to suppport my ever growing requests for my custom cookies. What started out as a hobby (therapy, really!), turned into making cookies for nieces graduations and on and on. My tag line for my sugar cookie is, "where taste meets beauty". I have created beautiful cookies that surprise people with their delicious taste. I am not ready to make the financial leap to open up my own bakery and have heard of this fabled rumor that you can rent kitchen space. I have called many places and have struck out! Would love any tips or advice from those who have pioneered a path before me.
