A bit about me. I've been in the culinary industry for the last 25 years. I've held positions ranging from line cook to exec chef over my career and currently hold my CSC and hope to obtain my CEC in the next few years.
I've recently settled in on the west coast of Florida, north of St. Pete and northwest of Tampa. I'm currently in the unemployment faze of my career and am hoping to land a position soon, though things are some what bleak at the moment and I'm seeing more restaurants closing than opening. :mad::mad::mad:
