If you like shrimps, use it instead of beef . I don't cook shrimps and beef together in this dish, even in chowmein .

Bok Choi is one of my favorite foods. It doesn't hurt that it has only 10 calories per cup- cooked. :D At restaurants I often order extra in dishes that have it.

If you like bokchoi, you can saute it with oyster sauce, sesame seeds oil and garlic . It is delicious.

That's just about my favorite way to prepare it! I also like it steamed (which is what happens when it's cooked in the microwave). I chop tomatoes finely and add them to a glass baking dish of chopped bok choi. Then I add sliced white mushrooms and some green onions. I mix up some oyster sauce with vegetable or chicken broth, finely minced garlic and sesame oil, and pour the mixture over the vegetables. I cover the dish and microwave it for about 8 minutes. It's good cold, too. :lips:
