hello all....
as the subject line reads,
my youngest of four kids,
now a 14 YO high school student.
has for nearly 4 years now expressed
a passion for becoming a "chef"
her last purchase at
the elementary school book fair
before moving onto middle school,
was a hardbound ( expensive) copy
of a fairly sophisticated cookbook
featuring Disney based themes...
she has in the past grown her own herbs
and there a a few tried and true
dishes she will prepare upon request
of family and friends....
i guess my interest in this forum
is to get the flavour of the business
from people in the business....
( yes... pun intended)
