Here we go. Married, 33, spouse of an Army soldier. Oh yeah, and I'm a man. After almost 15 years, 3 children, and a variety of jobs ranging from commercial roofing, to marketing, I have decided that it may be smart to actual pursue a passion instead of a means to pay the bills.
Ergo, here I am. I love cooking...grilling...baking. It is one of the few things that makes me happy. So, here to pick some brains and satisfy my culinary curiousity.
Hopefully, in the next few years, we will be stationed near a culinary school where I can get my degree. Until then, it's books and amateur exploration.
