At the time I posted  the rental I was not aware that the Health Department allows only one permit

per location. In otherwords I am not allowed to share a commercial kitchen. Sorry.

I have a bakery, dessert shop in the San fernando Valley that I would be willing to rent out. Preferring night time bakers or candy makers or something specialized like that. Hopefully you need to rent this out for a significant amount of time, meaning hours in the week or weekend. Sorry no caterers. First time on here so I'm not sure if I'm posting correctly. Hello Mr. Dessert Guy- 

 

I am in the beginning stages of my pet treat business.  I plan on selling them at farmer's markets and special events.  

 

I would do most of the baking at night at least 3 times/week and every other weekend.  Is your kitchen fully permitted by the Health Dept?  Where are you located?  I live in Lake Balboa. 

 

Ingredients I will be using ( my own supply) are mostly dry items such as brown rice flour and flax seed flour, and also peanut butter, fresh and dried fruits.  No meat, no milk.   Would love to hear back from you.

Hello fellow "food service providers"  I am looking for a kitchen incubator or commercial kitchen to rent on an hourly basis in North Ventura County, Ca.  I do catering/private chef work but would like to branch out to larger venues.  Any suggestions???
