what do you do about insurance? not medical / health insurance, but insurance for your business, and liability... eg: if you buy a food thats contaminated (like the spinach incident) and the client falls ill... how do you protect yourself against lawsuits and similar issues? or if you damage something in their home with fire or get hurt in their home etc.?
