Hi everyone... I'm new here, from the midwest but spent a couple of years in deep south TX borderland...I miss Mexican (and warm weather)!

Glad to be here, learning from those who know. As it is, I just like cooking at home. I can't claim to be great at it--I'm hoping to improve, though. Thanks for welcoming me.
