decisions, decision
Hi koko,
I'm new to these boards, and I know you have lots of options, but my employer sells a few commercial food service timers (Servu-online.com). At least one of them can count hours, minutes, and seconds--and do all that for up to four different things at a time. It is a little pricey, though--$48. On the other end of the spectrum, I've had a little $3 timer from Wal-Mart for 2 years and counting. I used it almost daily as a teacher the last two years and now it's in my kitchen in case I need it for cooking. It only does minutes and seconds, but there might be a similar model out there with the capacity to do hours, minutes, and seconds. It isn't super sturdy, but it survived more than one student playing with it throughout my teaching adventure.
I'm sure the pros on the board have good ideas--good luck!
