Any good uses for goat cheese?

I was wondering if anybody had some good ideas for using goat cheese. I tried it for the first time today, and it seems like it may be difficult to get a person who does not like different kinds of foods to want to try it and continue to want enjoy it. Me myself, I enjoy trying and eating different kinds of foods. But if any of you have any sugesstions, I would gladly appreciate them.

Thanks for your replies. But do you agree with me that is hard to get people to like ingredients that are exotic to them? I will try these combonations and see how they work out, and yes they sound like lunch to me too.

build a salad of baby greens and calamata olives (pitted), top with deep fried red onions and plop a warm and tosted piece of goat cheese on top, dress with a simple balsamic and olive oil combo and you have heaven on a plate.
bake first, ask questions later.
Oooh food, my favorite!
