Tofu Scramble
If you like tofu, try a tofu scramble - there are many recipes and ideas for this dish that can be found with a simple Google search. The tofu takes the place of eggs. I've had a few versions of it over the years, and it can sometimes be quite good - and other times not so good.Have fun exploring the possibilities ...

Oh be a good daughter and please your father and eat the eggs! hehe only joking.
How have you had them cooked? Maybe if you found a different way of cooking them rather than just fried, you might find you like them. Say, eggy bread, or poached, or as a cheese omelette? Could be worth a try.
If you want something rather than eggs to go with his fry up, why not try some baked beans in bbq sauce (my other half loves them) or some fried tomatoes go well with what he's already cooking, or fried left over potatoes, or some wedges of fried red onion....have fun!
