I am the Executive Chef and Owner of a Brooklyn, NY based company called Pete's Eats. I have been cooking professionally in some capacity for about 10 years, but have been a foodie ever since my mother pureed Calf's liver and onions for me when I was a toothless wonder way back when - Remember back in the 1970s when they thought liver was just great for you!
Anyway, in addition to being a full-service "off premises" catering company, we offer instructional cooking parties and private cooking lessons. As you can imagine, it is pretty cool to get paid to talk about food. Even with my years of industry experience, it took my Uncle (not a professional cook) to find this community, and I truly cannot be happier to be here to ask, answer, learn, and join many discussions.
