hey guys

I'm going to humber college in ontario, canada taking culinary chef skills program..

I'm a guy that like to be prepared ahead of time especially in knowledge area because i do not want to look like a fool in class :P if i asnwer one of prof's question or brought up a decent discussion topic.

I was wondering if there are any books you would recommend something like every possible ingredients and their description, different cooking methods, and other important related information that can benefit me to increase my knowledge and help me out in class
