...the Chevre Cheesecake with Vanilla Bean Topping from Bo Friberg's The Professional Pastry Chef. Comments?

I need to take a couple desserts to a friend's, and I want to make something I've not made before, but I also don't want to ruin my reputation:lol:

or if there are any other knockout recipes in that book or the Advanced, that can be made the day in advance, please suggest.

im not going to say that everything in fribergs book comes out great, but i'd bet its good. i've tried a lot of his recipes and have been happy with them.

The dog biscuits were popular, but I don't know that that is what you are looking for ;)
