Hello Chef Talk!
I was very happy to find this group because I'm slowly but surely teaching myself to cook - and I have lots of questions!
I can't wait to get started!

Welcome to Chef Talk, Trainingwheels! If you hang out here regularly, soon you'll have to change your name to "Turbocharged". :) We hope you peruse all the forums (the professionals' forums are "read only" for us home cooks, but we are welcome to read to our hearts' content). Don't miss the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and the older threads you can locate with the search tool.

I guarantee your cooking skills will improve quickly if you visit often and tap the resources here. What are you most interested in learning cook?

Thanks Mezzaluna! I'm excited to have found you guys.

At this point, I'm still finding my voice, so I want to learn as much as I can. I'm just going to try and keep it as healthy as possible - at least most of the time :lips:.
