hello everyone. my name is alisha and i've been a cook in west virginia for over four years. last week i became a newly enrolled student in a cordon bleu program, and hope to gain some valuable insight from everyone at cheftalk.

I'm going to LCB too and it can be a very full plate for you if you work and go to school at the same time so, organize yourself well and good luck!
There is nothing like a weekend off!
