Is it common to drink the same if a food was cooked in that wine?
For example if I make a potato leek soup with chardonnay, should I drin chardonnay with it?
Or would I want to use like a Pinot Grigio in the soup and drink chardonnay, or use chardonnay in the soup and drink Sauvignon Blanc?
