Hi Hope someone can help! I have cooked a huge chicken dhansak for guests coming tomorrow and it seems to be good in texture and colour etc but I put in some ground cloves (not sure why!) along with many other spices and the cloves are dominating a bit! Is there something I can do to counteract the flavour of cloves?
