(I'm a rookie at this forum and posted my intro on my dads account. oops.) so anyway I'm going to try this again... i'm kerry, age 27, living in Louisville Ky. I just graduated from Sullivan University as a pastry chef. I've currently been training at the Seelbach Hilton (5 diamond). I had the fortunate life of growing up in a bakery thanks to my parents' mom and pop shop. My background is wedding cake designing, but i'm ready to reach out of my element and pursuing a job using my degree. I'm hoping this forum will bring much needed advice to a fellow female pastry chef...
