Hi! I'm a native of several generations here in Colorado. We celebrate a wide array of cuisines in my home town that I love to cook! I am NOT a pro, but am a student for life in the education and art of food. My favorites are Italian and Mexican but explore other cuisines such as German, Greek, Filipino... I have catered several meals for non-profits as a ministry and find the challenge thrilling. I love to invent recipes and hope to publish a cookbook someday. My goal in life is to learn something each and every day...if I don't, it's a wasted day. I am glad to be a part of this forum, looking forward to learning from all.
