I want to yell about this, because it is so ridiculous, but I am unable to use the words I would need to express myself because they are censored.
See, what happens is this: a person writes a little thought about what they are experiencing, and then they have the thought: "perhaps the issue is not that the software is flawed, but rather, my expectations are skewed." And indeed, I think that is the case.
I like things that are on fire and angry, and surrounded with a certain amount of angst which I believe comes from the heart of the professional chef, but if this forum does not allow a "swear" word that even the New York Times excepts as everyday, then this is clearly not the place for me to communicate my thoughts. I like to rant, and I enjoy the communication I get through this site but I simply can not get behind the censoring of chef. ****, we are some hard *** mother****ers, who are simply not to be trifled with. I guess that is all there is to say. And the ***'s say it all. I get it: not my place.
