im helping my daughter do a little research for a working interview in a week in north florida in a fresh new restaurant opening in 2 months.... shes already pretty tough with some of her southern dishes...BUT now the owner wants many of her desserts/pastries to have a pacific rim taste with a pan asian flair to them..? :look: huh? come on guys reeeely need some definitions here...we have never even heard of such dishes...i feel she can make it though....soooo with some more research...and help from u guys would be deeply appreciated. :look:a few pics would help too?
