for christmas i got a few bottles of dessert wine. i dont really drink much wine, maybe a glass here and there to taste it... can anyone share some recipes that i can use up these dessert wines? thanks.. happy new year!

If you like the wine, a gelee is always nice. It's the jello shooter all dressed up for the ball. You could do a sorbet. Then there's sabayon/zabaglione. just kidding, you could macerate fruit in it and then flambe it for a fancy dessert, make trifle with itwhen life hands you lemons, make lemon gelee, lemon meringue pie, or any other dessert your heart desires
