Happy New Year!

I am posting this during hour 21 of my shift.
If all goes well I should leave in the next hour.

Big night, everyone happy, including the grande quesos.

Happy New Year's to my wonderful friends at ChefTalk. I have learned so much in the short time I have been here and I have so much more to learn. Thank you for being such wise and friendly people. It is a true blessing to be able to be in an environment with such great people who share the same passion for food and cooking as I do. I wish everybody good health, good laughs, and good food for 2008.

It's a wonderful thing to be spoiled in the way of food.
