Hi all,

I am just a 45 year old hairdresser, who missed her calling. I just cook for fun. My hubbie is diabetic, and so we cook low carb, but I can be very creative making it low carb when the recipe isn't.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Pbo! I'm a home cook with diabetes, so I, too, need to choose wise carb portions. If you use our search tool here, you can find earlier threads in which "low carb" is mentioned.
