Mini cake liners/mold papers?

Hello -
Is there a name for the papers/liners which are used on miniature cheescakes & cakes. I don't know how to explain it( i tried entering a url to show a picture of what I am describing though I am new & am not allowed to post urls)
I have seen most cakes like this wrapped in a parchment like paper. I am assuming the cake is baked with the liner which gives it a nice smooth finish & protects it during transport.

Next, if any of this makes sense to someone, do you know where I can purchase this item?

thank you -
