Cinnamon rolls!

after clicking onto CHEFTALK.COM and looking at the photo of the Cinnamon roll, I've caved.

Pricing them now, to make them this week...

Man, I'm weak..lol:o

You know you can make a very nice cut using nylon fishing string.

i just got done swallowing a bite of my freshly baked cinnamon rolls! i was supposed to take a picture to share with you guys, but i dug into them and forgot!:cool:

i used a recipe from baking illustrated and of course tweaked it for my taste. and then we had no cream cheese for a delicious schmear on top, so i went with a glaze. they were fantastic!
