does anyone have an idea what mcCormick and shmicks pays its sous chefs

apply and find out... remember you dont have to take the job if the pay aint right...

I would think a lot would depend on exactly which city you were looking at and exactly which sous chef position, ie. Executive Sous, AM Sous, PM Sous. It does make a difference. Without being able to narrow it down I can only guess a ballpark of anywhere from $30,000-$45,000, maybe a slight bit higher in some markets.
