I have experience with two dual-fuel models, Garland and Five Star, both are commercial/residential models. I will never buy another electric oven!
Contrary to my previous gas ovens, the temperature control on both of the dual-fuels have been inconsistent and unreliable. The most recent (Five Star) can be from 50 to 125º off, depending on the temperature you set. And once a temperature is set, the oven can vary by up to 75º during its cycle.
I imagine there are some good ones on the market, but after my experience with two rather expensive models, I plan to go back to gas in the near future.
