I live in England. I work every hour of the day 7 days a week - when it is quiet (not often!!) I sell all my 'surplus' on e-bay - I also knit toys, dolls clothes and sell on e-bay - it soon adds up!! People's friend (very dodgy magazine) are always looking for short stories and pay around £150 to £500 - so that may be a possibility. There is always bar work - but that does make it a long day!! - Stacking shelves in a supermarket - Morrisons are always looking for 'shift' workers - hope this helps

What about becoming a delivery guy. Assuming you start your regular work mid morning.
Ask your fruit and veg deliverer if theres any jobs going. They start at the crack of a sparrows fart and I know they are always looking for early morning drivers... Rather puts the mockers on your social life ( no bevvy the night before.)and the pay is rubbish, but it could make a difference??

Instead of doing homework why not be a toutor or somthing. I would think you could pick up some extra money that way.
