Hello, I am Sharon aka Shasha de Baba, a lic. personal chef in Sanford, Florida. After buying 25 lbs. of Isomalt and finding no instructions, your site came up in a Google search. After reading the relevant threads, I was able to color, flavor, pull, mold and pretty much have my way w/ the stuff first try, so thanks to all who posted, particularly whomever said IT'S NOT NECESSARY TO ADD WATER!!
