Add sugar to reduce fat calories %

This really bugs me. Some producers obviously do this. If the percentage of calories from fat should be reduced for the label's sake, add more sugar so that there is a lower percentage of calories from fat, yet the net result is a less-healthy food.

It could even be called low-fat by doing this.

Sure. Gum paste is non fat. Butter is zero carb.

haha - yes its common practice and unscrupulous- and when is LITE really light?
