This afternoon I picked up some roasted beet salad with caraway seeds. - mmmm! Quite deelish! I wonder if anyone’s made this - the question is whether the seeds are added before the beets are roasted, and roasted along with the beets, or afterwards. I could ask Larry, the chef and the guy who runs the department, but he was gone by the time I got to the shop today and I won’t have a chance to get back there for a while.
