Do you have a favorite sugar free chocolate, especially a dark or bittersweet type?

Hi Shel-

At my local bulk store, they have a delicious dark chocolate S/F melting wafer, which i use to make all of my homemade chocolates. I will find out the brand next time I visit!

Also, Asher's Chocolates (manufacturer out of Pennsylvania) makes amazing s/f products!

For eating I like Guylian dark. I don't use SF chocolate to bake. I used to like CarboLite dark chocolate but I haven't found it recently. Dove makes a decent dark one, individually wrapped pieces in flavors: raspberry, mint and plain.

I checked their web site and was impressed by the variety. I may go ahead and order a box or bag at some point, after getting some more suggestion. Thanks!

Shel, some people have certain gastrointestinal reactions to SF chocolate. It's the maltitol! I have to limit my intake or pay the price.

I have to eat at least three ounces (usually closer to five) at one sitting before I have any problems, and that's only been with one brand, Sorbee, and at that things aren't too bad.

Has anyone seen s/f chocolate anywhere made with Splenda instead of maltitol or mannitol?? That may solve some of those "issues"
