even though my deploma will say that i am a cook, my heart says that i have a dier love for bread baking.

with this said, i spent the last 4 hours or so doing this project in hopes that it will benafit everyone that has helped me and also people who are interested and share a passion for bread baking.

Isaac!!!

The one thing I really enjoy about your posts is your energy.
Also,that you love to share...I grew up in my Grandfathers Bakery and can say still to this day, I find a great deal of satisfaction with making bread,I have my grandfather to thank for that.

Thier are many people here at cheftalk that can be helpful to you in your pursuit of the "perfect" Loaf!!!But even more importantly,thiers a spirit of support and kinship here that really helps to develope confidence in oneself.
Your bread looks great,and I appreciate you sharing with us

Very cool Isaac!
At weddings, my Aunts would poke me in the ribs and cackle "You're next!". They stopped when I started doing the same to them at funerals.

my great grandmother was very humble in her ways. she didnt beleieve in mixers... she wanted to feel the dough.

when i told her i wanted to bake bread she told me that to be a successful baker, one must surrond themselves with good people. that is why i stay here. you all help me out a lot and i am greateful for this.

i beleieve my grandmother looks down on every loaf i make.

Thank you so much, Isaac. I also feel my grandmother's presence when I bake- especially her challah recipe. I can almost see her hands in the dough... wish I could make mine taste as good!
