Hi everyone, I just got a small convection oven with a dehydration function...it was mainly a toaster alternative, but I had heard convection was a neat feature. In any case, I read through some other threads and got good advice about cooking temps and times, but are there any recipes that are better-suited for convection or dehydration? Perhaps I should pick up a cook book on it...
