My name is Ken....I'm 41, married and father of 4...

I own and operate, and am the Chef, of two restaurants.....both serving Contemporary American Comfort food...one is fairly high end, the other a bit more casual

I (as it appears from reading a bit around this place) started in the Biz at 16 as a dishwasher....worked my self up the ladder to line cook, kitchen manager, general manager etc...


8 1/2 years ago I opened my first restaurant and found myself back in the kitchen as the working 'Chef'...

and here I am on "Chef Talk Forum"....I hope to learn a few things and perhaps contribute and add a little bit also...
